Fred Beans Suzuki, Auto Showroom

HVAC and plumbing design for an 1800 square foot automobile showroom and sales office.

This four-story building was originally built with a four-pipe chiller and boiler system. As part of the renovation and façade upgrade, the existing systems were removed and replaced with a water source heat pump system. We were then retained to provide tenant fit-out HVAC design.

Location: Deptford, NJ

Design of a 20,000 square foot recreational vehicle sales and maintenance facility. Design included HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
