St. Joseph’s Hospital North Philadelphia Health System
Location: Philadelphia, PA.

In an effort to supplement the hospital’s hot water generation and offset the electrical consumption of the hospital, an energy analysis using microturbines was employed.

Bancroft Neurohealth System
Location: Lower Pittsgrove, NJ

A medical campus for mental patients located in South Jersey that includes support buildings and residential buildings. The residential buildings are proposed to utilize microturbines to offset power consumption, emergency power and hot water generation for domestic hot water and radiant floors.

Bridge Business Center
Location: Bristol, PA

A re-development of 350,000 square feet of combine office and laboratory space currently under construction and conversion to state-of-the-art lab, office and pilot plant production. Energy analysis incorporates the use of microturbines to generate hot water for the purposes of heating, domestic water heating and absorption cooling. In some cases, the microturbine electrical output addresses the entire capacity of the building.
